Job descriptionProvide 24x7 L1 IT support to internal Osram users from production or office. Install, configure and maintain IT and OT hardware and software. Responsible for the Production equipment automation support, operation and new proliferation implementation. MES / EI / Infra Incident and service request handling, escalation and reporting. Troubleshooting, testing and provisioning user-facing hardware and software. Perform proper maintenance and support for all IT client assets. Support projects related to Infrastructure and Applications.
