We're Hiring : Programme Coordinator / Lecturer – Diploma in Public Administration

A college located in

Petaling Jaya (PJ)

is seeking a

Programme Coordinator / Lecturer

to lead and deliver the

Diploma in Public Administration

programme. This role is ideal for an experienced academic who is passionate about public administration, governance and developing the next generation of public sector leaders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the

Diploma in Public Administration

programme, ensuring compliance with

MQA and MQF standards

  • Deliver lectures, tutorials and assessments in areas such as

    • Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science and Governance

  • Develop and update curriculum, teaching materials and lesson plans.
  • Provide academic guidance, mentorship and support to students.
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are met, including programme monitoring and reporting.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

    • in Public Administration, Public Policy, Political Science or a related discipline (Master's preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

    • as a lecturer in a Higher Education Institution (HEI).

  • Strong knowledge of public sector systems, governance and policy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with

    • Outcome-Based Education (OBE)

    and higher education regulations in Malaysia will be an advantage.
