- Job Description
- 1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- To support the day-to-day HR operations, including payroll coordination, employee engagement activities, HR administration, and implementation of HR policies and systems. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in HR processes while supporting business needs and contributing to a positive employee experience.
- 2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Payroll Coordination
- Assist in coordinating the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Verify employee attendance, overtime, and allowances before payroll submission.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll-related data.
- HR Administration
- Manage HR-related documentation such as employee records, leave administration, benefits, and HR letters.
- Ensure HR data is accurately updated in HR systems (Workday, SAP, or other platforms).
- Handle onboarding and offboarding administrative processes including exit and loan clearance.
- Provide administrative support for audits, HR reports, and compliance requirements.
- HR Policy and Compliance
- Support the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and procedures to ensure alignment with FGV Group standards.
- Maintain awareness of HR compliance requirements and assist in ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations.
- Collaboration and Support
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and line managers.
- Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR initiatives and organizational goals.
- Assist in HR-related communication and documentation to ensure clarity and transparency across teams.
- 3. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Experience :
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, or employee engagement.
- Experience using HR systems such as
- Workday
- or
- SAP
- is an advantage.
- Skills and Competencies :
- Strong understanding of HR operational processes and statutory requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
