Pre-Silicon Test Validation Engineer

In your new role you will :

• Develop new C test case development on FPGA platform followed by customer’s requirement
• Develop script to be run to increase test coverage, improve current setup and automate test execution on the test software
• Conducted bench test using current and voltage measurement using microscope, multimeter, laboratory machines for various system and equipment / PCB board
• Validate test case involving C test case and perform characterization to provide appropriate solutions and failure debug within the time limit
• Support Prototype built and Power On activity. Prepare all setup of the test System and ensure successful integration of software and hardware for new platform / new product
• Engage in Reliability Stress test and regression test for System LevelES100 test
• Reject Validation when there is failure during correlation tests
• To collaborate with customer for any issue related to Test hardware / module or Software issue after acceptance test
• Plotting the current profile, DC characteristic to check on hardware or DUT performance

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have :

• Must have strong teamwork and communication skills, passion, productivity, and self-learning ability and self discipline
• Specializes in the C and scripting field and possesses excellent knowledge and experience in operating various systems and equipment
• Able to troubleshoot issues, perform hands-on tasks using various tools or equipment
• Experience with characterization & test suit development, debug
• Knowledge on Xilinx or Altera based FGPA design, implementation, and testing
• Knowledge on embedded system with ARM CPU
• Experience with design methodology tools such as (or equivalent) Vivado, Questa, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer
