Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef located in Tanjung Tokong. The Junior Sous Chef will assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation, cooking, and plating. Responsibilities also include managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with other departments to plan and execute events and functions.
