Job description

Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order creation.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and local regulations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and streamline processes.

Resolve invoice discrepancies in coordination with the Invoice to Pay team.

Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement - Shared Services professional should have :

  • A relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operational procurement processes within Shared Services (SSC), Centre of Excellence (COE), or Global Business Services (GBS) environments.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools such as SAP, Ariba or other ERP systems to manage operations effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
