Job description

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers by providing continuous support, timely technical assistance, and information updates, while also driving new customer acquisition and exploring business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities :

Coordination & Support

  • Manage and follow up on customer orders, monitor product usage, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collect test data, prepare reports, and update customer information for manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to optimize customer operations, improve capacity, and increase yield.
  • Organize product-related training, troubleshooting sessions, and improvement initiatives for customers.

Business Duties

  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels.
  • Track receivables in line with contracts, report issues, and propose solutions.
  • Proactively develop new customers and business opportunities.
  • Ensure integrity by prioritizing company interests and avoiding conflicts of interest.
  • Practice cost-efficiency in travel, transportation, and business-related expenses.

    • Market Intelligence

  • Collect and analyze competitor product, usage, and quality data to provide insights.
  • Report customer production capacities and application areas.
  • Gather and share competitor commercial information.

    • Other

  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Raw Materials, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in PCB technical skills or related industries, with proven performance.
  • Technical service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT tools.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Strong understanding of PCB principles and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and a strong team player with leadership potential.

    Pay : RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
