Job description

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or Recognised Equivalent.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Electrical Engg Industry.
  • Estimating and Tendering Experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good Communication Skills .
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and support technical / commercial offers based on customer specs, internal directives, and market info.
  • Define project costs, risks, and optimal solutions; coordinate with legal, sales, and internal teams.
  • Analyze customer needs, competitor offers, and lost bids to improve future results.
  • Prepare complete technical & financial proposals, including pricing, conditions, and product configuration.
  • Manage proposal documentation, inspections, and cost data collection.
  • Provide technical support during meetings and negotiations with customers and partners.
