The person we're looking for

The Marketing Executive will be a versatile player in our team, dabbling in both the art and science of marketing. From crafting compelling content to delving deep into analytics, this role provides a holistic marketing experience.

In this role

Strategic Collaboration :

Work closely with the CMO to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive brand growth.

Merchandising & Brand Collaborations :

Lead the implementation of merchandising strategies and brand partnerships, ensuring a cohesive brand presence and market impact.

Data Analytics :

Analyze key performance metrics, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Project Management :

Plan, oversee, and execute marketing initiatives, including shoots, events, and branding projects, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with strategic goals.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Build and nurture strong relationships with collaborators, partners, and content creators to expand brand reach and impact.

Continuous Improvement :

Proactively identify opportunities to refine processes, bridge gaps, and implement initiatives that enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Campaign Oversight :

Continuously monitor marketing programs, recommend optimizations, and ensure seamless alignment with the overarching brand strategy.

You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, Joey Tan.

This position requires

• Education :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Prior experience in a marketing role, with a demonstrated ability to manage multi-faceted campaigns.

Strong written communication skills to craft engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Proficiency in analyzing data trends, deriving insights, and making informed decisions.

Ability to manage unique marketing initiatives, from brand collaborations to event planning, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand values.

Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.

Desire to continuously learn, adapt, and grow within the rapidly-evolving marketing landscape.
