Must-Have Skills :

Strong hands-on experience in Python / Django development

Proven experience in banking application development

Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and optimize databases

Good to Have :

Familiarity with Datastage, Power BI, SQL Server

Strong team player in multicultural environments

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with Business Analysts to define solutions

Develop and integrate software components

Conduct unit and integration testing

Support user testing and ensure operational monitoring
