Job Description

• Leading the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for projects, conducting cost analysis, and managing procurement processes.
• Conducting thorough cost analysis and risk assessments to advise on project feasibility and manage financial risks
• Managing procurement processes, including tendering and contract management, and overseeing project progress and cost variations.
• Collaborating with project teams working alongside cost management team
• Review and verify the basis of cost estimate, identify the gaps between the basis and estimate deliverables including all the enquiry, MTO and factors Overseeing project progress and evaluating cost variations to maintain financial control and ensure projects stay within budget
• Perform conceptual cost estimates early in project engagement
• Preparing and reviewing tender documents, analyzing contractor bids, and negotiating contracts.
• Identifying and managing project risks, including financial risks, delays, and disputes
