Job descriptionManage daily operations of our e-commerce stores including order processing, logistic and inventory matters -Ensure all e-commerce platforms (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok and etc) are operating smoothly and effectively, which includes sales promotions, campaigns,discounts, inventory replenishment, adherence to all platform metrics etc. -Provide timely and effective customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving pending issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining chat response rate required by the platforms -Liaise with marketing to handle promotions and social media shoutouts across platforms -Helping maintain proper documentation and data entry tasks. -Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the management.
