Job description

Job Description :

  • Responsible to perform tests and inspection; update and maintain record of test or analysis conducted, filling lab documentation.
  • Maintain the process of quality assurance by ensuring concrete production and testing by using the procedure / manual.
  • Responsible for products' quality improvement, monitor, data analysis, review and drive for correction plan.
  • To assist Quality Management Representative in overall activities of ISO 9001 by supporting, reviewing and maintaining the Quality Manual and Quality System as and whenever necessary.
  • Responsible for day-to-day on line and finished good inspection.
  • Responsible for personnel development for sales / marketing and QC team and conduct appropriate products / process knowledge training, guidance and monitoring.
  • Provide and analyze the material quality by conducting quality inspection planning and quality auditing for future quality improvement purpose.
  • To seek new in-process testing and methods to improve product quality, minimize internal rejections and scraps by formulating, implementing and evaluating quality strategies and systems to ensure the conformity of products to quality standards.
  • Work closely with customers, production floor and suppliers in order to maximize net recovery by improving the process yield and efficiency.
  • Ensure that all outgoing materials to next processes are within the requirement and specification and provide QC Report whenever customer requested.
  • Maintain the process of quality assurance by ensuring concrete production and testing.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Engineering (Automotive), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical), Chemical or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferable 1t least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates with a relevant background are welcome to apply.
  • Required Skill(s) : Mechanical, Chemical, Analytical, Initiative, Production Engineering, Team Work

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
