Job descriptionBachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years working experience in turning / metal precision industries. Understand and acquire the correct skill / method of using measuring devices. Knowledge of ISO 9001 / QS 9000 / IATF 16949 QMS
Job Scope :
- In-charge of machine programming & set up
- Liaison for all technician issue
- Machine trouble shooting
- Define the tool use, tool life, tool layout and cutting sequence
- Process checking audit method and tool use
- Tool life monitoring and improvement
- Prod output & quality control
