Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network / Senior Network Engineer to support critical IT infrastructure operations and ensuring seamless network security and availability in line with agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, configure, and support Cisco network devices, Checkpoint & Fortigate Firewalls, routers, switches, F5 / Foundry / Radware load balancers, DNS, SDN, IPAM, Wireless, Tacacs, and VPN solutions .
  • Configure, test, and maintain LAN / WAN equipment and related services to ensure network reliability and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure proactively to maximize availability and performance .
  • Adhere to ITSM / ITIL practices (Change, Incident, Problem & Service Request management).
  • Perform incident response, root cause analysis , and implement timely resolutions.
  • Work closely with network teams to design, upgrade, and optimize network infrastructure with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation (diagrams, configurations, SOPs).
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment procurement, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated with the latest network security technologies, trends, and best practices , and recommend improvements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on network-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions to enhance service levels.
  • Support business continuity through backup, restore, and disaster recovery planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven hands-on experience in network security engineering with expertise in F5, Cisco, and firewall technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM frameworks .
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • A Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Network Engineer with strong hands-on troubleshooting experience in F5 Load Balancer, Firewalls, IDS / IPS, Cisco ISE and Cisco Wireless is a mandatory requirement for this role
  • Knowledge and expertise in LAN / WAN and Firewall are a strong advantage
  • Strong technical competency with recognized professional certifications in either Network & Security or Systems domain
  • Able to be on standby 24x7 and 12-hour shift rotation
