About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as Beauty Advisor at KLIA 1 and KLIA 2. In this role, you will represent an esteemed luxury perfume brand, providing exceptional customer service and personalized fragrance consultations to international travelers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in selecting fragrances tailored to their preferences and needs.
• Maintain the visual presentation and stock levels of the fragrance display counters.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Meet individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Provide product knowledge and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in luxury or beauty.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in English; the ability to speak Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Additional language skills are an asset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
