Requirements

Competency :

Relevant working experience in procurement field

Specializing in Procurement and Purchasing

Good communication and interpersonal skill, strong character, outspoken and independent.

Proficiency in English

Computer literate, competent in internet and Microsoft Office

Experience with LMW and custom procedure related to LMW

Responsibility :

Responsible for Procurement and Purchasing.

Source for new potential suppliers / vendors to Improve supply base

Evaluate specification of purchase requisition and review quotation for selection

Follow up on the purchasing process with the suppliers for on-time delivery

Resolving disputes and claims with suppliers and vendors

Assist in the implementation or enhancement

Responsible for LMW, monthly reporting, submission of application for new production, new subcontractor

Authority :

Liaise with Custom personnel, attend to custom visits
