Job descriptionBachelor's degree or higher in Law or related fields; proficiency in English as a working language. 5+ years of compliance management experience (preference for ICT industry background); overseas residency or top-tier law firm experience preferred. Proven ability to analyze complex issues and design actionable solutions. Strong logical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork spirit; adept at resolving cross-organizational / international coordination and conflicts. Willingness to undertake short / long-term overseas business travel.

Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep understanding of regulatory and legal requirements across overseas markets, monitor regulatory changes, and analyze compliance landscapes in different countries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess compliance risks in overseas jurisdictions, develop governance solutions, and lead the implementation of compliance programs.
- Monitor compliance risks in overseas markets, proactively identify potential risks, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver compliance solutions.
- Spearhead the development and enhancement of compliance risk frameworks in key overseas markets, building autonomous compliance capabilities in target countries.
