Requirements

  • Possess SPM or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate / no working experience candidate are welcome to apply.
  • Able converse in Mandarin and English.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Problem solving skill.
  • Able to handle daily admin jobs.
  • Able to handle multi-task jobs.
  • Attention to details.
  • Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

  • To handle daily admin jobs
  • To issue quotation , proposal , DO , invoice etc
  • To handle stock management
  • To handle correspondence with suppliers and authorities / 3rd parties
  • Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
  • Able to work independently
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
