Customer Service Specialist_Normal Shifts
Hours of Operation : 9 am to 6 pm (Day Off Rotate) Education : SPM and above Salary Range : RM4000 - RM4500 + KPI Allowance max up to RM300 Min. Requirements : 2 years CS experience with good Mandarin language Good Negotiation skills in retention, sales and port-in / out - Familiar with telco product and knowledge in handling retention customers. Communication skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for a customer service representative. Customer service skills : A friendly and patient demeanor is required, along with strong problem-solving skills to assist customers in resolving issues. Computer skills : Basic computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly. Time management skills : Strong time management skills are important to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously and meet customer service targets. Sales skills : Some customer service representatives may be required to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Experience in telco industry and serving Singapore market will be an added advantage.
