Job Summary
Senior Network Engineer – Level 2 & Level 3 support for network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 & L3 support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues in collaboration with the Level 1 support team.
- Respond to escalated incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Investigate and diagnose complex network and application issues, providing root cause analysis.
- Implement and maintain monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential network and application performance issues.
- Implement and enforce security best practices for network infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with other IT teams, including systems administrators, database administrators, and application developers, to resolve cross‑functional issues.
