Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with business growth.
Leverage industry networks and social recruiting channels to source top talent.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments through behavioral interviews and other evaluation tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above, with 4–8 years of recruitment experience.

Passionate about recruitment, proactive in communication, and highly aware of interpersonal dynamics.

Strong cross-department collaboration skills, resilient under pressure, and eager to learn.

Proactive, positive, and open to new challenges.

Not a must but a great advantage

Experience in the payments or headhunting industry is a plus.

Experience in other HR functions beyond recruitment is an advantage.
