Our new movement is supporting Unified Dentistry, a practice where dental practitioners don't work alone, but in collaboration. Where each of them understands the importance of learning about all disciplines, with the purpose of offering better dental care.
Our purpose is to educate, motivate and support dentists to treat their patients as a whole. You will be organising events logistics and give both speakers, professors and participants the joy to learn in a perfectly organised setting.

Main mission
Organise logistics of events, courses, conferences and lectures. Offer support to participants when needed.
Learn to act as support for the Customer Experience position when needed (dealing with course participants, hosting events, presenting speakers, etc)
General tasks examples : Plan and manage event logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats : venue, audio-video, catering, transportation, staffing, permits, decor, budgets reporting, etc.
Handle vendor relations : solicit quotes, negotiate, manage contracts and fulfilment.
Create and maintain event timelines, budgets, materials, suppliers, sponsors and speakers communications, and post-event follow-ups.
Oversee on-site logistics : setup, registration, coordination, troubleshooting, volunteer or staff oversight

Experience & Education
3-5 years or more experience in any of : organising projects, project coordination, complex administration (Personal Assistant is also a possibility)
Microsoft Excel and any administrative tools
Bachelor degree in Management, Business Administration, Public Relations or any other connected field (or equivalent to 5 years+ experience in English speaking environment)
Polytechnic Degree is also accepted
Skills
Multitasking oriented & Great organising skills
Respecting deadlines and protocols
Perfect level of English
Able to communicate and write in Mandarin, Malay and English – to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
Experience in healthcare, medical, wellness environment / Experience in private Private Education (Private English schools) advantages
