Business Development Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our Malaysia partnership initiatives. This role requires extensive domestic travel to establish contracts, develop supplier / agent networks, and ensure quality compliance.

• Key Responsibilities :

Develop markets and distribution channels for water-based coatings in Malaysia

Set and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets

Manage key accounts, coordinate logistics, and oversee after-sales service

Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and payment collections

Conduct market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and regulations

Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, technical teams, and other departments

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business English or related field

3+ years in manufacturing, chemical industry or international trade sales

Fluent in Chinese and English (Malay proficiency advantageous)

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Willing to travel domestically 50-70% of working time

Industry knowledge in manufacturing / chemical raw materials preferred

Proficiency in Office suite and CRM systems

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM10, RM15,000.00 per month
