Job descriptionPerform Know-Your-Client review for onboarding of clients. -Perform periodic compliance review of clients. -Prepare and submit periodic regulatory reporting. -Provide compliance advice, review and interpretation on regulations and internal policies; support the Business on proper and timely implementation of procedures to comply with local regulations. -Provide advice on AML / CFT regulations, policies, review of businesses’ AML / CFT procedures and controls. -Prepare and review regulatory related training material and conduct training for staff. -Point of contact to ensure business awareness of immediate escalation of significant emerging compliance issues, incidents reporting process, necessary suspicious activity report. -Handling regulatory enquiries and co-ordination of regulatory inspections.
