Join the Malaysia team as PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE PROFESSIONAL (PMO) - On Contract , where you will support the daily operation of the project management through administrative coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • You will assist in preparation, compilation, organization and submission of project related documentation to internal, external suppliers and authorities.
  • You will support the Project Manager in coordinating with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • You will maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system for all project documents, both hardcopy and electronic records.
  • You will assist and coordinate with project managers to gather data for reports, schedules, drawings, testing and commissioning documentation.
  • You will ensure all project documentation adheres to company policies, quality standards and client contract requirements.
  • You will support internal and external audits.
  • You will facilitate smooth communication between internal stakeholders, subcontractors, clients and regulatory bodies.
  • You will perform any other administrative work as assigned to support the project management team.

Qualifications and experience

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative role
  • Industry-specific experience in similar project administrative or project coordination role within healthcare or construction industry is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduate with strong proficiency in the needed skills is encouraged to apply
  • Attributes and skills

  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Proficient in document management, strong problem-solving and critical thinking
