To develop new business opportunities and maintain good business relationship with new and existing customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
To plan, execute business and sales strategies to meet the overall targeted revenue set by the Company.
Promote product to developer, architect, interior designer, M&E consultant, contractor and specifies lighting LED and smart home system in the project market.
Conduct product presentations to external customers to increase market penetration and awareness.
Prepare product proposal and tender submission
Organize & executive daily sales activities to achieve sales targets.
Handle timely collections by monitoring customer aging.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years sales experience preferable in smart home / smart hotel systems / control system / electrical / lighting / with proven sales track record.

Candidate without experience in smart home / smart hotel systems / control system / electrical / lighting but with strong connection or network with architect / interior designer are encouraged to apply as product training will be provided

Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency

Experience in handling project sales preferred

Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills.

Positive mindset, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity.

Self-motivated, result-driven and able to work under pressure in a timely manner.
