Diagnosis and troubleshooting Mobile phone / gadget / devices to identify hardware and software issues

Use designated diagnostic tools and software to accurately pinpoint problems

Replace or repair damaged components, including screens, batteries, charging ports, and buttons

Clean and remove dust, debris, or moisture affecting device performance

Skillfully disassemble and reassemble mobile devices, avoiding damage

Conduct soldering to repair small components on circuit boards

Thoroughly test repaired devices to ensure all functions work correctly

Perform quality control checks to meet industry standards and ensure customer satisfaction

Planning and scheduling repairs, make sure fulfill SLA requirement

Stay updated on the latest mobile device models, technologies, and repair techniques and get involved in monthly case sharing

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Educational / Professional Qualification : Bachelor’s degree qualification in a relevant field; and have local maintenance qualification certificates;

Work Experience : 2 years of mobile phone testing and maintenance experience are preferred
