The role of an AI Engineer is to guide the Engineering team by understanding ground challenges and finding solutions to improve efficiency and accelerate solution delivery. AI Engineers should be proficient in leveraging AI tools for real-world use cases to enhance productivity.

Here’s what we are looking for :

As an AI Engineer , experience with Python, Prompt Engineering, Generative AI models, and AI use case application is required. Knowledge of AI workflow tools such as LangChain and n8n is a significant plus, aiding in process improvement through effective task breakdown, model selection, and grounding results via “context engineering” using RAG and MCP protocols to ensure relevant and high-quality outputs.

You should be able to work independently, prioritize, and organize tasks under time and workload pressures. Working in a multinational environment, excellent spoken and written English skills will be beneficial for cross-region collaboration.
