Summary
We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to manage our creative content strategy, from conceptualization to execution. What You'll Do Daily
Creative Strategy & Content Development :
- Conceptualize and develop innovative creative campaigns and content ideas aligned with brand objectives
- Create compelling copy and marketing materials for various platforms and campaigns
- Brainstorm and execute creative concepts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives
Photography & Visual Content :
Conduct professional photography shoots for products, campaigns, and social media contentArt direct photo and video shoots to ensure brand consistency and quality standardsCollaborate with models, makeup artists, and other creative professionals during shootsContent Management & Collaboration :
Coordinate with video editors and post-production team to achieve desired content outcomesProvide clear creative briefs and feedback to ensure final materials meet campaign objectivesReview and approve final content pieces before publication across all channelsCampaign Execution :
Manage end-to-end posting schedules across social media platforms and digital channelsMonitor campaign performance and optimize content strategy based on analyticsEnsure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectivesWhat We're Looking For :
Essential Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, aesthetic, or lifestyle industriesProven track record in content creation, campaign management, and creative developmentStrong photography skills with portfolio demonstrating product and lifestyle photographyExperience working with creative teams, agencies, and freelancersTechnical Skills :
Proficient in photography equipment, lighting, and composition techniquesFamiliar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom preferred) or CanvaStrong copywriting abilities across various formats and platformsKnowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practicesBasic understanding of video production processes and requirementsSoft Skills :
