SAP Integration Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations with the central IBM webMethods ESB, its cloud-based tool (webMethods.io), and Informatica PowerCenter ETL.
• Address complex scenarios by using PowerShell or Python as needed.
• Design robust integration solutions for event-driven, real-time, or batch-oriented problems using webMethods, Azure API Management, and other automation technologies; cover the process from requirements verification, interface definition, implementation, testing to go-live.
• Deploy integrations via an automated CI / CD pipeline (ANT, Azure DevOps, Terraform).
• Provide RESTful / SOAP APIs and connect systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and other systems to the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
• Maintain the API Developer Portal managed via an API Management tool.
• Support reusable APIs for service-oriented architecture and modernization of the application landscape.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and assist with troubleshooting technical issues.
• Assist the Integration Architect by identifying opportunities for technical improvement and proposing ideas for discussion.
• Stay up to date with state-of-the-art methods in API development, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and technically manage external partners; document processes and implementations.
