Responsibilities
Lead the Marketing Department in planning, executing, and evaluating initiatives while monitoring performance, KPIs, and ROI to provide strategic recommendations to management team.
Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital, social media, outdoor, and offline channels to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Drive corporate branding and ensure consistent communication across all campaigns and platforms.
Collaborate with Sales & BD team to align marketing strategies with business objectives, including lead generation, showroom traffic, and revenue growth.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and product launches etc by coordinating with social media partners, KOLs, agencies, media owners, event organisers, and vendors.
Oversee the technical setup (without managing ad execution) of paid social platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc) as well as ensuring company website has effective SEO practices.
Supervise the creation of marketing materials, content, and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and high standards.
Requirements
Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with proven exposure to campaign management and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing tools.
Strong knowledge of company branding.
Dataâdriven decision maker.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Multitasking and adaptable.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Based in Kajang and willing to travel
