Requirements
Open to Students or fresh graduates. Must have good communication skills, confident and presentable. Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays
Working Arrangement : 4 to 5 days a week 6 hours per day (Schedule by Store in Charge)
Responsibilities
Coffee Preparation :
Assist in the preparation and serving of various coffee drinks.
Ensure consistency in the quality and taste of beverages prepared.
Learn and follow standard recipes and techniques for making coffee drinks.
Customer Service :
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently.
Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Equipment Handling :
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment.
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the PIC.
Inventory Management :
Assist in monitoring inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
Restock supplies as needed and inform the PIC of any shortages.
Assist in managing waste by following proper portion control and storage practices.
Cleanliness and Hygiene :
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, counters, and customer seating areas.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing and sanitization procedures.
Ensure that all beverages are prepared in a clean environment and meet hygiene standards.
