Overview

You will play a vital role in ensuring OCBC’s compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies. You will identify potential risks, assess their impact, and implement effective controls to mitigate them. The role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyse regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies to ensure compliance.
  • Identify potential risks and assess their impact on the organisation.
  • Implement effective controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that risk management policies are understood and effectively implemented.
  • Develop and maintain risk management reports and dashboards to track key risk indicators.

Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant field such as law, finance or risk management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
