Requirements

Enthusiasm for aquascaping and aquatic pets.
Basic knowledge of aquarium systems and fish / plant care.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Friendly, responsible, and good communication skills.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Able to communicate in 2 or more local languages (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin).
Prior experience in aquatics or retail is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily care of aquarium livestock and display tanks.

Create and manage aquascapes that are visually appealing and sustainable.

Guide customers in fish care, aquascaping techniques, and product recommendations.

Monitor and report on livestock health.

Operate POS system and manage product restocking.

Unpack and handle new livestock and inventory.

Support store cleanliness, promotions, and events
