Production Technician / Test & Debug

Perform functional and ICT testing on PCBA and completed products according to work instructions and test procedures.

Tune voltage regulation loops and adjust other parameters for optimal performance.

Diagnose and resolve complex hardware failures (PCB defects, component stress, thermal issues).

Conduct root cause analysis using : Oscilloscopes, thermal cameras, parametric testers

Perform hardware testing & debugging, analyzing electronic issues in production.

Provide technical support / repairs on products, replacing faulty components when needed.

Requirements :

Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.

3+ years experiences in electronics manufacturing.

Understanding of DC / DC topologies (Buck, Boost, Flyback, LLC).

Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscopes, electronic loads).

Knowledge of electronic components and failure analysis techniques.

Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.

Previous experience in power electronics manufacturing highly desired.

Speak English fluently.
