What You'll Do
- Support endpoint setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Install and troubleshoot OS and business applications
- Rebuild and deploy secure Windows images
- Deploy and monitor EDR tools like CrowdStrike
- Respond to security alerts and investigate incidents
- Maintain hardware and software inventory records
- Assist with asset management and user support
- Train users on endpoint security best practices
- Install and troubleshoot printers and peripherals
- Perform patching and vulnerability management
- Investigate virus and malware events and take action
