Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with some work from home acceptable. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, developing business plans to expand and retain key accounts, analyzing account data, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with various internal teams to meet the needs of key accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data effectively
• Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships
• Experience in Business Planning and developing strategies for account growth
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to address client needs promptly
• Proven ability to manage and develop Key Accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
