We run an office in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur with team members working remotely across Malaysia. We have setup our work environment to enhance this working arrangement : we are focusing on outcomes and work practices that enable us to achieve our goals.

This provides great flexibility and at the same time requires discipline. Your ability to demonstrate adapting to this working environment is critical. As such, prior experience in working remotely and / or from home is highly desirable.

We have Standup meeting every day and our engineers and consultants talk to each other throughout the day. We provide all the tools and methodologies to support this practice.

We are looking for a Team Lead / Lead Engineer to lead team of 3-5 software engineers. We are looking for individuals with leadership skills or want to develop leadership skills. We are committed to invest in training and mentoring individual who see himself / herself as leader.
