Key Responsibilities :
- Manage queries from internal and external customers, providing application support and timely feedback to resolve any issues encountered by users.
- Plan, organize, and conduct product-related courses, seminars, and workshops for customers to enhance product knowledge and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective resolution of technical / application-related concerns.
- Prepare reports, training materials, and documentation to support knowledge sharing and customer education.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Biology, Hospitality, Nursing, Medical Science, or equivalent.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.On the job training will be provided.Required skills : Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication in English, aggressive and resourceful, self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.Highly adaptable and independent with a proactive mindset.Possess own transport and willing to travel.
