Scania Export Markets Asia (SEMA) is a newly established Business Unit within Scania with the mission to drive the business and realize the full growth potential in the markets in the region with appointed independent distributors and dealers. We are looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager with strong informal leadership and communication skills to help drive this growth journey.

The Regional Sales Manager will work with the SEMA team and the independent distributors and dealers in the Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei and Cambodia to grow sales of Scania trucks and buses. A key to success is the ability to communicate and build relationships and trust across cultures to leverage knowledge and experience. The geographical base is flexible and decided case-by-case, preferably in or near Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and follow up the Business Unit’s sales strategy in the assigned markets
• Manage and develop the sales of trucks and buses from the Business Unit towards the independent dealers
• Coach and develop the independent dealers within the area of sales
• Provide general business support to the independent dealers within the area of sales
