Job description

Overview

  • Development of existing customer portfolio and recruitment of new accounts.
  • Monitor customer preferences through strategic conversations and serve as the interface between the business and IT, building solid relationships with customers.
  • Manage and develop the customer contact base, drive the sales of our service and vendor offerings, increase contacts and report on a pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly targets.
  • Create and execute the customer retention strategy.
  • Up-sell, cross-sell and generate additional sales for INNOVADS’s services and offerings.
  • Close cooperation with the Pre-sales team and Technical team, building an account plan with existing resources.

Desired Competency & Experience

  • 5+ years background in IT business in UEM, IT Service Management, Security & Infrastructure or similar and completed commercial training with a good understanding of our services.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer facing role or similar.
  • Have existing networks within the Enterprise & Commercial ecosystem is highly regarded.
  • Consultancy background is a plus.
