Development of existing customer portfolio and recruitment of new accounts.
Monitor customer preferences through strategic conversations and serve as the interface between the business and IT, building solid relationships with customers.
Manage and develop the customer contact base, drive the sales of our service and vendor offerings, increase contacts and report on a pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly targets.
Create and execute the customer retention strategy.
Up-sell, cross-sell and generate additional sales for INNOVADS’s services and offerings.
Close cooperation with the Pre-sales team and Technical team, building an account plan with existing resources.
Desired Competency & Experience
5+ years background in IT business in UEM, IT Service Management, Security & Infrastructure or similar and completed commercial training with a good understanding of our services.
5+ years’ experience in a customer facing role or similar.
Have existing networks within the Enterprise & Commercial ecosystem is highly regarded.
Consultancy background is a plus.
