Job description

Requirements

  • Minimum education : Diploma and above
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Must have own car and valid driving license (travel required)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Confident, responsible, and motivated
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in sales or dealing with government sectors is an advantage
  • Basic technical knowledge (training will be provided)
  • Good at explaining technical info in a simple way
  • Responsible and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and travel frequently.
  • Traveling to East Coast (Terengganu) will be needed for 2 times a year.
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell products / services to customers
  • Do presentations and product demos, especially to Klinik Kesihatan (government clinics)
  • Visit clients regularly and maintain good relationships
  • Reach monthly sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up closely
  • Prepare basic sales reports (guidance wil given)
  • Install, service, and troubleshoot products / equipment
  • Provide technical support to Klinik Kesihatan and other clients
  • Assist in product demos or technical presentations
  • Support sales team with technical info during visits
  • Keep proper records of jobs done and feedback received
  • Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition
