As we continue our rapid expansion, we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Executive , providing outstanding support to our renowned clients in the Automotive sector with outstanding service and professionalism.

Position

Telemarketing Executive (English Written & Verbal, On-site)

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling and email campaigns to potential customers
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
• Build relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
• Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales appointments and ultimately into closed deals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on increasing revenue growth and market share
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on new products and services and gather insights on customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
