Requirements
- Possess at least a Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certification.
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and office management.
- Capable of delivering exceptional customer service and handling inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to work Onsite in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.Manage and maintain accurate data entry across various databases and systems.Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of information.Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Support office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance, and managing vendor relationships.Benefits
