Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales. You will play a key role in expanding the company's customer base and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Prospecting : To identify and research potential clients, generating new leads and opportunities.
- Client Engagement : To build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, offering them solutions that meet their needs.
- Sales Presentations : To present and demonstrate products / services to potential clients, articulating key features and benefits.
- Negotiation and Closing : To handle negotiations and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Market Research : To monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting : To track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and forecasts.
- Collaboration : To work closely with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Customer Support : To assist clients with post-sale inquiries and work to resolve any issues or concerns.
Job Requirements : -
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing / a related field is preferred.Proven experience in sales or business development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Position to be based in Melaka plant.Interested candidates are invited to apply via Jobstreet.
