Position : Junior IT Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the IT department in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, as well as providing day-to-day technical assistance to staff.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end-users (hardware, software, and networking issues).

Assist in setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of systems.

Support IT team in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure.

Assist in software installation, updates, and license tracking.

Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, issues, and solutions.

Requirements

SPM / Sijil / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking.

Strong problem-solving skills with willingness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Fresh graduates SPM / Sijil are encouraged to apply.
