Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff
• Assign daily tasks and ensure timely completion of room cleaning, turndown service, and common area upkeep.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and linens, prepare requisitions, and manage inventory effectively.
• Assist in preparing staff schedules, managing attendance, and monitoring productivity.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support new staff onboarding and continuous training to maintain service quality.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with the Engineering / Facilities team for quick resolution.
• Maintain records and prepare reports related to housekeeping operations (e.g., occupancy reports, inspection checklists, stock usage).
