Role : Head of AI Technology

We’re looking for a Head of AI Technology — a universal technologist and builder who can lead the architecture, delivery, and scaling of Entermind’s product and client ecosystem. You’ll bridge vision with execution, strategy with systems, and ensure every client project and internal platform we build is engineered for impact, intelligence, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale the core AI, cloud, and data platforms that power Entermind’s ecosystem — from agentic platforms to real-time insight engines.
• Lead delivery excellence across multi-sector AI transformation projects with enterprise clients.
• Define and evolve the Entermind tech stack — covering LLMs, vector databases, multi-agent orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Oversee engineering, ML, and data teams — ensuring every build is measurable, modular, and production‑ready.
• Work directly with senior business leaders to translate strategic goals into scalable architectures and AI‑first workflows.
• Build and mentor a next‑generation engineering culture — agile, product‑driven, and curious.
