EXECUTIVE, ADMINISTRATION

Description

This role will be responsible to carry out administrative works for the department.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Assist in scheduling of appointment and meeting for superior.

2. Communication and paper trail between departments.

3. Filing and follow up on approvals.

4. Assist in database management and setting meetings and presentations

5. Process of payment requisition form & bills relating to department

6. Act as departmental coordinator for general task such as management of documents, stationaries supply, infrastructures and other administrative matters.

7. Ensure compliance with relevant acts, laws, rules and regulations, statutory requirements and guidelines issued from time to time by the regulatory bodies and the Group’s internal policies and procedures.

8. Display teamwork and work closely with other colleagues at all times to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.

9. To practice and comply to all departmental standard operating procedure manual (OPM) as outlined by the HOD and QAQC department.

10. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

7. To exercise reasonable care and caution to ensure that the confidentiality of Company’s documents and all material information in relation to the business is not compromised.

8. To produce timely and accurate reporting of your business and operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).

9. To formulate and execute clear strategies to run the business or operations under your care to achieve the objectives set by your superior(s).
